Franklin

Franklin Electric offers a complete line of submersible motors for groundwater and other submerged pumping applications. The 4-inch submersibles (1/3 through 10 hp) feature the industrys widest range of voltage and frequency ratings in both single and three-phase models. For deeper wells and applications requiring higher flow ratings, Franklin's 6-inch and 8-inch submersibles are available from 5 through 200 hp.

Centri-Pro

ITT Water Technology now offers a competitive line of CentriPro 4-inch submersible motors. The initial offering includes 1/2 -1 1/2 HP, single-phase motors. The motors feature built-in lightning/surge protection. All have a 700# thrust bearing as compared to our major competitor's 300# and 650# ratings. The 1/2 - 1 HP, 3-wire and all 2-wire models have on-winding thermal overloads.

Karlington

Karlington offers 4”, 6”, 8”, 10” and 12” motors from 1/2 HP through 400HP in 2 pole, 4 pole and 6 pole configurations and can accommodate a variety of voltage requirements from 110V through 2300V.

Construction options include cast iron, marine bronze and stainless steel end bells. All motors 6” and larger feature a wet stator design which allows them to be rewound. The stator windings are made of copper wire using specially treated PVC coating for temperatures up to 122 degrees F or our high temperature irradiated polyethylene (PE2) coated copper wire for applications up to 203 degrees F. Our severe-duty four-inch oil filled line has been specially designed for the most demanding uses.
